15 mins Rapid Nasal Covid-19 Test Kit/SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Assay Kit by Latex Immunochromatography Method

Intended use

The product is used to detect the SARS-Cov-2 antigenin human nasopharyngeal swabs and oropharyngeal swabs.

Specimen collection:

Sterile swab of polyester sponge is recommended for sample collection. Nasopharynx swab collection: insert the swab into the nasal cavity, gently rotate and push the swab into the nasal cavity until the turbinate (2 ~ 2.5cm away from the nostril), stick the swab to the nasal cavity for three times, and take out the swab.

Oropharyngeal swab collection: the Swab from the mouth into the throat, the throat wall and the upper jaw tonsil reddening part as the center, moderate strength to wipe both tonsils and pharyngeal wall, avoid contact with the tongue, remove the swab.

The sample preservation solution provided by this kit should be used as soon as possible after collection. If it can not be treated immediately, it should be stored in a dry, sterilized and strictly sealed container. It can be stored for 8 hours at 2 ~ 8 ℃ and long-term storage at - 70 ℃.

Reagents components

The reagent consists of test card, sample

preservation solution (optional), dripper and swab (optional).

1. The test card consists of reagent strip and plastic case. The main components of the test strip are Latex labeled SARS-Cov-2, influenza A or B nucleoprotein monoclonal antibody; SARS-Cov-2, influenza A or B nucleoprotein monoclone antibody coated in the detection area of nitrocellulose membrane; anti mouse immunoglobulin G polyclonal antibody fixed in the quality control area of nitrocellulose membrane.
2. The main preservation solution was phosphate buffer (PBS, 50mm, ph7.2).

Storage and stability

When the Sars-Cov-2 antigen rapid detection kit is placed at room temperature or refrigerated (2-30 ℃), the validity period of the product is 18 months. Don't freeze.
