The HFD Series adopts dynamic monitoring fluorescence signal technology. By continuously collectingfluorescence signal, it realizes the rapid detection of high-risk patients and gains more treatment time for them.Forexample,cTnl can be detected within 4 minutes(dry immunofluorescence chromatography takes more than 15minutes), that helps patients with myocardial infarction to get the fastest treatment.
High sensitivity
The HFD Series adopts high-sensitivity fluorescent substances,homogeneous immune reaction system anddynamic monitoring technology,which greatly improves the sensitivity.For example, the sensitivity of cTnl(Cardiactroponin l) can reach 1.6ng/mL at the 4th minute; the sensitivity of Hs-cTnl (Hypersensitive Cardiac troponin l) canreach 0.04ng/mL at the 10th minute.
High precision
The HFD Series adopts a homogeneous immune reaction system similar to biochemical or chemiluminescencereactions.Compared with the precision of traditional fluorescence chromatography of 10% to 20%, the precision ofHFD assay system could reach 5 % to10%.
