Bulk Container Line

A bulk container liner or “sea bulk liner” is a protective packaging system designed to transport dry flowable goods efficiently and effectively in ocean shipping containers. The liner forms a shield between the product, walls, and floor of the container.

Liners are filled via belt thrower, conveyor, pneumatic, or gravity-fed system. Their functional design provides for clean and complete discharge of the product. Bulk liners can provide significant cost savings vs. traditional small bags and bulk bags.

Advantage

 This enables a 20', 40'and bulk container to be used as a low cost alternative to a road tanker for the transport of free-flowing, bulk products. Such as dry granules, powder, grains, chemicals and other products.
 After discharging, the liner is simply removed and discarded, leaving the container free of residue and the danger of cross-contamination subsequent products.
