Polyester Resin 93/7 NH3343 in TGIC system with 140°C/15mins low Cure for Outdoor powder paint

◇ Applications:

NH3343 is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin for polyester/TGIC powder coating system. 
It can be used for surface coatings or such things as flaw detectors, auto water tanks, springs, electrical appliances with coils, instruments equipment with tin welding seams.

Good leveling

Good mechanical properties

Good weathering resistance

Low curing temperature

Appearance white or light yellow transparent flake

Softening point(℃): 103～113

Glass transition temp.(℃): ～61

Reactivity at 180℃(s, 7% TGIC): 70±30

◇ Recommend Formulation for white powder:NH3343—TGIC

◇ Extrusion Condition:

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Film thickness: 50～70μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 140℃×15min

◇ Film Properties:

Gel time(180℃,sec) 30~80

Horizontal flow:(180℃),mm: 16~22

Bending(φ1mm): Pass

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness: ≥1H

Impact (50cm) pass
