◎ Introduction
This series of powder coatings has good adhesion, and the coating film has excellent corrosion resistance and outdoor aging resistance. It is suitable for the coating of various outdoor products exposed to the sun for a long time.
Some electrical and communication cabinets are exported to countries with marine climates such as Northern Europe, Finland, Norway, etc., which have high requirements on the weather resistance and corrosion resistance of powder coatings, and meet the highest performance requirements of 1500 hours of neutral salt spray test and 1500 hours of aging test.

◎ Coating Craft
Spraying Craft: Primed with epoxy (zinc rich) insulating powder, top coat with polyester super weather resistant powder.
Spraying Method: Electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed dipping.
Curing Craft: Two coats and one bake or two coats and two bakes.
Curing Condition: 200ºC/15min, could be designed according to user needs.
Film Thickness: It is determined according to the actual application of the customer.
◎ Transportation and Storage
Carton packaging, net weight 20 or 25kg.
Non-dangerous goods, no special transportation requirements.
Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C.
Shelf Life: 6 months.
