1. Product description
Automatic 2 meter 380v diamond mesh wire making machine is used for making wire mesh. Mesh welding lines for production of engineered fabric and special sheets, offering very short changeover times for most efficient production even of very small number of sheets. Processing of cold and hot rolled wires and bars. Welding wire diameter range of the device is 6-12 mm, the mesh size is 100-300mm, stepless adjustable.

3. Application area
The automatic 2 meter 380v diamond mesh wire making machine can be used for the production of dimensionally accurate meshwork for a wide variety of applications. Wire mesh may be used to produce shop, exhibition- and warehouse equipment as well as trays for domestic and overseas appliances.
a. The welding wire diameter is able to be made to orders. The range of our mesh welding machine is from 0.3mm to 12mm. Material can be stainless steel wire, galvanized wire, plain steel bar, cold rolled rebar, hot rolled rebar.
b. The line wire is feeding by the servo motor ,pulling the wire net by the servo motor auto.
c. The greatest advantage is possible to adjust the distance of line wires at random on the same mesh panel.
d. Reinforced length delivery process automatic control.
e. The machine line automatic degree can be according to request. For the economical type, line wire and cross wire are pre strainghtened and cut to length. We are capable to produce fully automatic machine.
