Installation and replacement of air springs
After the air spring is damaged or leaked, it must be replaced. The replacement should be carried out according to the original product model. When the original model cannot be purchased, the product with the same performance should be selected for replacement. It is prohibited to use other products for replacement without technical support.
Precautions
1. Clean the top plate and spring piston, and check the mounting metal for burrs or rust (replace if necessary). Apply soapy liquid or tire mounting lubricant (grease not available) on the piston nipple.
2. When installing, ensure that the air spring is not damaged, and the sealing surface of the matching metal parts (cover plate, piston) is not damaged, rusted and dirty.
3. Inspect old metal pistons for built-up dirt or rust from surface wear and tear. If present, the piston surface should be cleaned, treated as necessary to prevent rust or replaced with new metal.
