About air spring

The bladder-type air spring is composed of a rubber airbag with a cord and a compressed gas sealed in it. The outer layer of the airbag is made of oil-resistant rubber with single or multi-section. The more the number of sections, the softer the elastic. There is a steel waist ring around it to prevent friction between the two sections. Because the rubber air bag is not completely closed, there are air holes at the upper and lower ends, so the upper and lower cover plates of the air bag are also installed, which seals the air in the bag.

As an alternative to ordinary air cylinders, the bladder cylinder has the following advantages: 1. Lower installation height, to achieve a larger stroke; 2. It can generate greater thrust and is very convenient to install; 3. It has better weather resistance than ordinary aluminum alloy cylinders. Longer life; 4. It can bear greater vibration (this is the characteristic of the bladder cylinder)
