Precautions When Installing Air Springs
- Air springs must not be pressurized unless restrained by an external frame or appropriate load.
- Travel must be directly limited by shock absorbers or external stops. When stacking air springs, special care must be taken to ensure that the air springs are guided and secured.
- The air spring is a single-acting air cylinder and must not be used below atmospheric pressure.
- If it compresses quickly, check for overpressure.
