Product Introduction
The rubber air spring (referred to as rubber airbag) is a sealed container filled with compressed gas (air pressure is 0.5-1Mpa), and uses the compressibility of the gas to achieve its spring action. The stiffness of this air spring is variable. When the load acting on the spring hill increases, the quantitative gas in the container is compressed, the air pressure increases, and the stiffness of the spring increases. Conversely, when the load decreases, the air pressure in the spring decreases and the stiffness decreases. In this way, the rubber airbag has ideal elastic properties. There are two types of rubber air springs: capsule type and membrane type. The capsule type rubber air suspension is composed of a rubber airbag with a cord and compressed air enclosed therein. The inner layer of the capsule type is made of airtight rubber, while the outer layer is made of oil-resistant rubber. The upper and lower covers of the airbag seal the airbag.
