  • The AIRSUSTECH air spring is a high-performance rubber component manufactured through vulcanization, integrating cord reinforcement layers with inner/outer rubber compounds or steel wire rings to form a flexible, airtight body. This design leverages compressed air to provide superior elastic functionality, commonly referred to as a rubber air spring, airbag, or pneumatic suspension unit. The assembly consists of three core elements: the vulcanized rubber bladder, a base plate, and a piston (or upper plate), which together create a sealed pressure chamber.
  • Structurally, our air springs are categorized into three types—​​capsule, membrane, and sleeve​​—and employ four sealing methods: ​​pressure self-sealing, flange clamping, hoop fastening, or hybrid techniques​​. The load-bearing capacity is primarily supported by the cord reinforcement layers, typically configured as a 2-ply laminate (or 4-ply for specialized applications). The inner rubber layer ensures airtight sealing, while the outer layer provides additional sealing integrity and environmental protection against abrasion, chemicals, and UV exposure.
  • Engineered for durability and precision, this modular design ensures optimal load distribution, corrosion resistance, and adaptability across industrial, automotive, and transportation applications.
