AIRSUSTECH air spring model 1T0378 is a core component of rear axle air suspension designed for Peterbilt American long-head trucks (especially for main models such as 579/567/389). Its role goes beyond basic shock absorption and is directly related to vehicle stability, load efficiency and operating costs.

1. Dynamic load support

Load range:

A single spring can support 4.5~7 tons (pressure level needs to be selected according to the rear axle configuration), covering Peterbilt common working conditions:

Light load (container transportation): air pressure 0.6MPa

Heavy load (ore/wood): air pressure 0.9~1.2MPa

Adaptive leveling:

Linked with Peterbilt original height valve (such as Wabco 432020) to keep the height of the cargo compartment constant from the ground and avoid cargo tilting.

2. Improve driving safety​​
