What Is the Principle of HF80/90-1 Air Spring?
1. The strength of HF80/90-1 air spring is independent and changes with the change of load. The relative degree, load capacity and bending stiffness of the torsion spring are generally selected to make it have satisfactory characteristics.
2. Use relative pressure regulating valve and control it appropriately according to the relative degree of the air spring to maintain the load change of the torsion spring.
3. The air spring is controlled, and its characteristic curve can be formulated into an ideal shape. At the same time, it has radial, tangential and rotational comprehensive vibration reduction capabilities and can transmit torque.
4. By adjusting the internal structure working pressure, the air spring can obtain different load capacities to meet various load requirements.
5. Air spring frequency vibration reduction and sound insulation. The air spring is composed of gas and, the internal structure consumption is small, and it is not the vibration of the torsion spring itself, but it can prevent frequency vibration. In addition, the air spring has no metal contact, so the sound insulation and noise reduction effect is very good.
