Air Spring Technology
An air spring is an engineered rubber fabric bellows with a column of compressed air inside. The rubber bellows itself does not provide force or support load. This is provided by the air column.
AIRSUSTECH air springs are engineered elastic bellows with specially designed metal end caps. Our standard two-layer air spring bellows actually consist of four layers. Many of our air springs are also available in high-strength construction to accommodate higher pressures. In this case, there are either four layers of fabric-reinforced rubber or two layers of special high-strength cord with an inner liner and outer cover.
