Product Overview
The Goodyear 3B12-325 is a heavy-duty triple-convoluted air spring from the Super-Cushion® range, designed for applications requiring high load capacity, controlled movement, and effective vibration isolation. Its three-lobe bellows provides an extended working range within a compact pneumatic assembly, making it ideal for industrial actuators and isolation systems.
With a maximum outside diameter, minimum height of 4.5 inches, and maximum height of 19 inches, the 3B12-325 offers approximately 14.5 inches of usable stroke. This combination of high force and adjustable air pressure makes it suitable for demanding applications where conventional mechanical springs cannot provide equivalent load control.
Unlike conventional steel springs, the 3B12-325 uses compressed air as its working medium. Adjusting the internal air pressure modifies the supporting force and spring characteristics, allowing the system to adapt to various loads and operating conditions. The reinforced rubber bellows also helps isolate vibration and absorb shock, making this air spring ideal for industrial machinery, lifting and pressing equipment, vibration isolation systems, and pneumatic actuation.
