Air spring production process

 

1. Rubber mixing

2. Cord calendering.

The calendering process is a process in which the rubber compound is covered on the surface of the textile by a calender, and penetrates into the inside of the fabric gap, so that the rubber and the textile are tightly combined to form a rubber cord.

3. Film Calendering

The film required for the production of air springs is generally calendered with a three-roll calender. The hot-melted rubber is pressed into a sheet of a certain thickness by three rolls, and is cooled by a conveyor belt and rolled into a roll. The width of the film is generally on the roller. The width of the cutting edge is fixed, and the edge is not cut during molding.

4. Traveller

The wire ring used in the air spring, the structure of the air spring is different, and the steel wire used is also different.

5. Rubber cord cutting

Use a cutting machine to cut the plastic cord fabric into a single piece according to a certain angle and width, and then curl the joint into a roll for forming. There are two ways to join the cord fabric, one is the automatic joining of the joining machine, and the other is the manual joining.

6. Air spring forming

The semi-finished process of combining rubber parts and other parts into products according to design requirements on special equipment and forming drums.
