CDI ignition system has several prone to failures:

    The spark plug has no sparks, weak sparks, sometimes no sparks, low-speed fire and high-speed failure.

It can be seen from the working principle of CDI that when the charging coil is short-circuited or disconnected,

the energy storage capacitor cannot be charged and the system has no ignition high voltage. At the same

time, pay attention to whether the ignition coil and spark plug are damaged, whether there is a short circuit

or open circuit between the magneto→CDI igniter→ignition coil→spark plug, and whether the connectors

are rusted and have poor contact. When the spark of the spark plug is weak, it is usually caused by a short

circuit or leakage of the charging coil.
