Refurbishment of the valve:
After the valve is damaged, it can be dealt with according to the following methods according to
different situations.
1. Cracks or ablation on the top of the valve should be replaced.
2. After the end face of the valve stem is worn, it can be ground flat on a cylindrical grinder to restore
its smooth surface before use.
3. The curvature of the valve stem exceeds 0.03mm. When the deflection of the valve top exceeds
0.02mm, the convex part can usually be corrected by a manual press, and then placed on a V-shaped
iron with a dial indicator for inspection until it is qualified.
