A1: We are a factory loacted at dongguan city,welcome to visit us.

Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A2: Generally it is 4-5 days for sample order, 7-9 days for mass qty order .it is according to quantity.

Q3: Do you provide samples ?
A3: Yes, sample order is ok, as we have enough stock for normal model ebike battery.

Q4: Which battery cell would be used for assemble ?
A4: Domestic A grade cell or famous brand 18650 battery cell for each customer's request.

Q5: What is your terms of payment ?
A5: For bulk order,30% T/T in advance ,balance 70% before shippment. For sample order,100% payment
before production.

Q6: Which shipping methods would be provide?
A6: Sample order We would ship out by the express DHL ,UPS. Fedex .TNT,For mass quantity shipping by air
or by sea is ok.
