Description:
A TQ9xx measurement chain measures the distance to a moving target without touching it. This makes it ideal for checking vibration and position on rotating shafts in machines like turbines, compressors, and pumps. The chain is built from a TQ9xx sensor, an optional EA90x extension cable to make it longer, and an IQS900 signal conditioner. These parts work together as one calibrated system.
The IQS900 signal conditioner processes the measurement signal and sends it to a monitoring system. It can be configured for different needs. It also has a self-test feature that can automatically find and report problems with the measurement chain.
