Monitor Description
The Bently Nevada 3500/65 monitor provides 16 channels for precise temperature measurement, compatible with Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs) and Isolated Tip Thermocouples (TCs). The system continuously monitors sensor signals and compares them against user-defined alarm settings for reliable process control.
Configuration is managed through the 3500 Rack Configuration Software, allowing each channel to be individually programmed for specific sensor types including isolated tip thermocouples, 3-wire RTDs, 4-wire RTDs, or mixed sensor configurations across all 16 channels.
For high-safety applications, a Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) configuration is available by installing three monitor modules side-by-side. This setup employs dual voting methods to verify accuracy and prevent single-point failures from causing system downtime.
