Introduction:
Moon Cake Box And Mooncake Book Cover Box Making Machine For Rigid Box & Gift Box. This machine is also called as gluing and spotter machine. It can finish paper gluing and pasting box on the glued paper automatically, which is widely used for rigid box making, book cover machine, paper lining and even album making.
As the visual positioning has stable and high positioning accuracy than manual positioning. It has faster model changing speed than sensor positioning. The fastest setting time of visual positioning part is 7 minutes.
Positioning part:
- Camera:Located on the top of the conveyor belt, the image of the conveying paper is taken, and the robot takes the box and the positioning is controlled by the system.
- Box guider:Guide the box finish Corner pasting to the robot arm to take the box, so that the manipulator is positioned accurately.
- Box conveyor belt:Convey the finished corner pasting’s box to the positioning machine.
