Products Specifications
ZSL-4550 is a full automatic sealer machine of “L”Type for PE or POF film. It is applied widely in flow line packing of large batch. It can punch the film automatically, equipped with film feeding device and feeding platform both of adjusted by manually, so that it can meet the packaging needs of products in different width and height. The transport platform is designed with retractor device specifically for small size products. The sealing knife is made by copper alloy of stand wear and tear, the surface of sealing knife is sprayed on a layer which resistant to adhesion and high temperature manufactured by Dupont Teflon, It ensures that the seal doesn’t crack and coking, Achieved no smoke and zero pollution. The transport system is equipped with detection photoelectices of Omron both on horizontal and vertical lines. So, for the thin and small products, testing and package can be done easily. The feeding system is equipped with proximity switches, electronic brakes and geared motors, and it works with the photoelectric and the timer to ensure the exact length of the film delivered. The waste collection system is equipped with proximity switches and geared motors that collect cutting film by rotatablely in automatically. The heating system is equipped with digital temperature controller, solid-state relay, built-in PID function, to ensure the sealing knife’s temperature is sensitive and accurate, and can be set according to your needs. The sealing knife is equipped with anti-cut proximity sensor switch to prevent accidental cutting and protecting effectively the operator and products. Used together with shrink packaging machine, the unmanned operation of production line can be realized.
