This machine is suitable for packing long items (such as wood, aluminum, etc.). It adopts the most advanced Imported PLC programmable controller, with safety protection and alarm device, to ensure the machine high-speed stability. A variety of Settings can be easily completed on the touch screen operation. Use side sealing design, there is no limit of product packaging length. The sealing line height can be adjusted according to the packing product height. It is equipped with imported detection photoelectric, horizontal and vertical detection in one group, with easy to switch selection.
1.ZS-600T-CF is a fully automatic side sealer machine with the function of automatic film feeding punching, coating, sealing cutting, waste film automatically rolling in one time which is widely used in mass production packaging line with high efficiency.
2.The sealing part is consist of transverse sealing and side sealing, both can be lifting controlled independently. We can guarantee sealing line in the middle of the product to achieve perfect sealing effect.
3.Manual adjustment film-guide system and feeding conveyor platform make the machine suitable for different width and height items.
4.Side sealing part can continuous pull film sealing and cutting, the product length is unlimited.
5.Feeding length controls through a combination of electric eye detection and time relay to control precise film length that makes it easier to control the contraction effect.
6.Waste film automatically rolling. Using independent motor control, rolling speed uniform and smooth will not too tight or too loose which can avoid break the waste film and the rewinding plate is easy disassembly.
7.Adopt Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller and 7-inch man machine interface, simple operation.
8.The sealing blade itself is equipped with automatic protection function which effectively prevent from accidental cutting.
9.Automatic mode and manual mode can be switched at any time which convenient to replace the shrink film.
10.The entire machine realizes unmanned operation with the production line connecting.
