Product Feature
The machine is mainly aimed at the bulk heat shrink package of cosmetics, print, pharmaceutical, electric appliances, food, beverage, hardware and other industrial products, and is used in combination with the air jet heat shrink packaging machine to achieve the complete and good shrinkage effect of the packaged articles.
1.The longitudinal seal (side seal) can be continuously and uninterrupted cut by a thermostat knife.
2.The horizontal seal adopts the form of thermostat cutter and lifting seal.
3.When the product size varies within the allowable range of equipment, it may be adjusted by the equipment without the need to replace any mould or fixture.
4.In the horizontal or vertical direction, the length of the product can be automatically detected in the two groups of electric eyes. The length of the product is not limited to produce products of different lengths at the same time.
5. It is easy to operate and learn. Five sets of converters are used to control the transmission accurately.
6.The safety door of organic glass not only guarantees the safety, but also monitors the production situation.
