ZS-800T-CF + ZS-8040T automatic side sealer is a highly efficient all-electric side sealer that combines a hot knife end seal with an adjustable seal and trims knife. The trim knife is actuated when the product moves past the cross seal. Compared to conventional automatic L-bar sealers, the machine can pack products of any length at high speed.
This side sealing machine applied to mass production in packaging the long, regular and irregular shape products such as building materials, filters, wallpapers, shelf, frame, foam roller and children fence etc
.
1. Adopting the Taiwan HIWIN linear slide rail, sealing cutter work stable from up to down vertically. Sealing line is firm.
2. Using with PVC and Polyolefin (POF) Films, This Model Can be an Ideal Solution for Continuous Shrink Wrapping of Long and Tall Products.
3. An Optional Extra is the ZS-4530T Heat Shrink Tunnel which can be Attached to the Continuous Side Sealer for Shrinking the Wrapped Products of PVC and POF Shrink Films.
