Packages can be as large as 200mm high, 800mm wide on the ZS-800T-CF. matched with a high performance shrink tunnel and infeed conveyor, the side sealer makes an outstanding high production shrink packing system.
Unique sealer technology
The ZS-800T-CF features a continuous side sealer with an intermittent motion hot knife cross seal bar. Film feed is achieved by an inverted head, permitting product to be delivered to the sealer by conveyor. This gives machine a wide range of product height to width size choices. The side sealer has trailing edge sensors that tell the machine when the product is clear of the end seal jaw ensuring smooth and consistent operation.
Easy to operate
