ZS-800T-CF fully automatic side sealer is a highly efficient, intermittent motion, automatic side seal shrink wrapper that offers both high speed and exceptional value. This automatic side sealer combines a hot knife end seal with a rotary sealer, eliminating the fixed length side in the front. compared to conventional automatic L-bar sealers, the fully automatic side sealer can pack products of any length and do so at high speed.
1. ZS-800T-CF is a fully automatic medium speed side sealer machine with the function of automatic film feeding punching, coating, sealing cutting, waste film automatically rolling in one time which is widely used in mass production packaging line.
2. The sealing part is consist of transverse sealing and side sealing, both can be lifting controlled independently. We can guarantee sealing line in the middle of the product to achieve perfect sealing effect.
3. The transverse sealing part is controlled by servo motor. Film cutting is uniform strength, sealing stable and fast.
4. Manual adjustment film-guide system and feeding conveyor platform make the machine suitable for different width and height items.
5. Side sealing part can continuous pull film sealing and cutting and product length is unlimited.
6. Feeding length controls through a combination of electric eye detection and time relay to control precise film length that makes it easier to control the contraction effect.
7. Waste film automatically rolling. Using independent motor control, rolling speed uniform and smooth will not too tight or too loose which can avoid break the waste film and the rewinding plate is easy disassembly.
8. Using digital temperature controller which built-in PID function. Sealing blade temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate which can be set arbitrarily.
