Product Feature
The ZS-800T-CF features a continuous side sealer with an intermittent motion hot knife cross seal bar. Film feed is achieved by an inverted head, permitting product to be delivered to the sealer by conveyor. This gives machine a wide range of product height to width size choices. The side sealer has trailing edge sensors that tell the machine when the product is clear of the end seal jaw ensuring smooth and consistent operation.
1.Sealing knife uses the aluminum knife with DuPont Teflon which is anti-stick coating & anti-high temperature. So the sealing will not have cracking, coking smoking with zero pollution.
2.Built-in PID function. Sealing blade temperature is extremely sensitive accurate, we can be arbitrarily set.
3.Automatically-feeding: the length can be auto adjusted by the sensor time relay. Matched the reduction motor makes the waste film automatically rolling.
4.The sealing blade itself is also equipped with automatic protection function which effectively prevent from accidental cutting.
5.The entire machine realizes unmanned operation with the production line connecting.
6.Use of imported electrical components, reduce the use of failures to improve system stability.
7.Automatic mode manual mode can be switched at any time.
