The ZS-800T-CF + ZS-8040T automatic side sealer is a highly efficient all-electric side sealer that combines a hot knife end seal with an adjustable seal and trims knife. The trim knife is actuated when the product moves past the cross seal. Compared to conventional automatic L-bar sealers, the machine can pack products of any length at high speed.
Easy to operate
The side sealer can be set up in minutes, is easy to program, and offers multiple operating modes for performance and convenience. This CE compliant machine is one of the most versatile automatic side sealers on the market today.
1. Vertically driven sealing part adopted.evenly vertical sealing interface can overcome film wrapping by side sealer and the dislocation of products from the center,achieving excellent effect.
2. Advanced PLC adopted with safety protection and alarm device,ensuring continuous sealing action;easy to maintain.
3. Film infeeding length controller by electric eye and timer,better shrinking effect ensured by accurate controlling
4. Two switch over photocells detect horizontal and vertical,making small or thin products easy to be sealed and packaged.
5. Waste film reeling automatically controlled by a separate motor,making the waste film uneasy to break regardless of its tightness
6. Sealing blade's vertical motion controlled by a separate motor to make packing products in various dimensions possible only via pressing the buttons on the control panel.
