1.2 installing
1.2. 1 when loading and unloading the machine tool with a crane, the machine tool shall not be impacted or violently vibrated. Under no circumstances shall it be excessively tilted, inverted or placed in an unstable place. When the roller is used to move on the inclined surface, the slope shall not be greater than 15 degrees, and the roller diameter shall be 60mm to 80mm. When loading and unloading the crane, do not use ropes to collide with weak parts. Wooden blocks shall be added at the contact position between the steel cable and the machine tool to protect the appearance of the machine tool. The handling shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations and procedures for the handling of precision mechanical equipment. If the loss is caused by non-compliance with the regulations, our factory will not be responsible for compensation.
1.2. 2. The machine tool shall be installed on a flat and firm ground. Before the installation of the machine tool, the user shall provide four pairs of wedges, use a level gauge and level the machine tool with the help of wedges. The longitudinal level shall not exceed 0.10/1000 The horizontal level shall not exceed 0.05/1000
