H-FABP Overview

H-FABP mainly exists in the cytoplasm of myocardial cells. It is a kind of cytoplasmic small molecular protein. When myocardial injury occurs, H-FABP can be rapidly released into the blood and quickly removed from the plasma through the kidney to return to normal; AMI began to rise 30 minutes after onset, peaked at 6-8 hours and returned to normal at 20 hours. The sensitivity of H-FABP in the diagnosis of early AMI is much higher than that of myo, CTN and CK-MB, and the specificity is higher than that of myo. It is more valuable for the early diagnosis of chest pain within 3 hours
