1. Overview of PS Five-Layer Sheet Extrusion Line

GWELL independently developed the PS five-layer sheet extrusion line, which is professionally applied to the production of multi-layer composite sheets. The finished sheets are widely used for blister molding of various food containers and packaging products.

In terms of equipment configuration, this production line covers multiple mainstream models, including single-extruder single-layer sheet equipment and twin-extruder co-extrusion three-layer sheet machines. It also supports multi-extruder co-extrusion solutions, with a maximum production capacity of 9-layer composite sheets. The five-layer high-barrier PS sheet extrusion line is one of the most representative customized models in this series.

2. Core Equipment Features

(1) Equipped with high-precision distribution system, achieving uniform layer lamination. The thickness proportion of each layer is adjustable with full digital precision control.
