FRVK is a high temperature HEPA filter used as a protection for clean processes.

The Reinforced stainless steel frame and uniform pleates separated by tapered corrugated aluminum separators give high air velocity and prevent damages to the media.

It seals with ceramic based materials to ensure heat resistance due to the different thermal expansion coeffiecients of the individual filter components the ceramic potting may form cracks during the tempering process.

At operating temperature (350℃) these filters have an overall efficiency of 99.97% at 0.3μm, leackages are possible.
