Description:

An effective inlet air filtration system is essential for either indoor or operating environments.

The quality of the air entering the turbine is a significant factor in the performance and lifetime of the gas turbine.

Liquid droplets in inlet air can contaminate pre-filters and final filters, causing an increased overall pressure drop. This increase is primarily due to the setting and resultant swelling of particles already captured by the filter elements. This shortens the service life of the air filters.

This pocket air filter is made with progressively structured synthetic fiber material, in addition, a continuous foamed-in-place seal is applied to the joint between the filter and the metal frames on the outlet side.

The filter is extremely rugged and maintains its shape even under pressure fluctuations or when the turbine is shut down.
