The Oil gas separator is the most critical filter for your screw compressors.

Using a high-quality separator protects your compressor and brings you clean compressed air for a long lifetime.

When your air compressors draw the ambient air into the air end, two rotors spin quickly for compressing the air.

These two rotors are constantly lubricated to ensure they continue to spin as to how they were designed.
This process makes a combination of compressed air and oil mist which are then transferred to the separator and sump tank where the oil mist is dropped to the bottom of the tank through the coalescing filtration media and leaving the pure air you desire.
An oil return pipe will then bring this separated oil back to the air end where it is injected onto the rotors to repeat the process.
