The production method of aluminum copper alloy enameled wire includes the following steps: (1) laying out: the aluminum copper alloy bare wire is released evenly from the iron shaft, in the high-speed machine, relying on the joint drawing machine to lay out; (2) Annealing: a special annealing process is adopted on the automatic paint machine to soften the bare aluminum copper wire continuously; (3) Cleaning: After annealing and softening, the conductor is cleaned with deionized water; (4) Paint: 200-grade polyester imide insulating paint layer is coated on the surface of aluminum copper alloy wire, and then 240-grade polyamide-imide nano-paint is coated on the polyester imide insulating paint layer; (5) baking: baking is to evaporate the solvent in the paint, so that the paint base curing film, forming an insulating layer; (6) cooling: after the aluminum copper alloy line is baked out of the furnace, it is cooled by cold air.
