It is the sand box used for the high pressure modeling machine. In the work process to bear a high pressure, should also have the following characteristics:

1) sandbox walls have higher stiffness and strength. To maintain the accuracy of the size of the sand shape.

2) sand box is generally without belt. Easy for automatic modeling and sand fall.

• The inside of the sand box wall is in a certain degree of concave shape. To ensure that the sand shape does not fall off and does not shift during the process of transportation, flipping and so on.

• Thesand box has high positioning accuracy to ensure the size accuracy of the casting. Stress annealing shall be eliminated before the blank processing.

3) Flask assembly is equipped with slide path, positioning holes, limit block, closing pin, etc. In order to complete the sand box shape, transportation, positioning, turning, fit, pouring, sand landing and other functions.
