Stable performance automatic steel coil stretch wrapping machine with HMI screen

MACHINE APPLICATION:

The packing machine for steel coils is specially developed by Jinglin to suit for automatic packing needs of metallurgic industries including steel coils, wire coils, copper coils, strand coils, pipe coils, tires,bearings and so on, to make the product well-protected&sealed, waterproof, dustproof, rustproof, and safe for transportation.

MACHINE BASIC FEATURES:

1. Designed with a moving trolley station for high efficient loading and safe operation.
2. Adopt PLC program control and HMI screen operation.
3. The overlapping of wrapping material is adjustable by converters.
4. The turning ring height adjustable according to different metal coil diameter.
5. The ring speed and roller speed can be controlled by converters.
6. Steady tension control system.
7. Solid whole casting structure for turning ring.
8. A wide range of different kinds of wrapping material can be used.
9. Stable performance and convenient maintenance of the metal coil packing machine.

OPERATIONS:

• Load the coil onto the trolley by crane/lifting rope/hoist;
• Forward the trolley with the coil wrapping position;
• Set the coil dimensions and related datas in the HMI screen.
• Fix the wrapping tape on the metal coil;
• Machine start wrapping and stops automatically;
• Move out the packed coil from the wrapping station by trolley;
• Unload the packed coil by crane.
