Custom Laser Welded Pillow Plate Heat Exchanger
Our pillow plate heat exchangers feature two stainless steel sheets laser welded together using custom circular weld patterns. The perimeter is fully laser welded to create a pressure-tight boundary, with contours welded at the edges for complete sealing.
Manufacturing Process
The plates are hydraulically inflated using water through hydrostatic pumps, ensuring safe and controlled expansion. This process pressurizes the sheets to create cavities for heat transfer media including liquids, steam, or refrigerants.
Design Options
Each pillow plate is custom-designed for your specific application. Choose single-embossed designs with one smooth surface for sanitary applications in food, pharmaceutical, or dairy industries. Our precise welding process with protective PVC foil prevents heat tinting.
