1 .Automatic alignment for paper core and clamp it.
2. Ball screw drive, lateral moving of hydraulic cylinder + detector, guide rail is provided; realizeΦ350-1500 automatic correction and clamping of scroll, automatic centering and automatic paper feed.
3. Hydraulic lifting and lateral moving.
4. Pneumatic adjustment is adopted for tension control; multi-point braking system is adopted.
5. Integral welding structure is adopted for feather key and supporting axle, so as to guarantee the service life.
6. Single-step 3-inch expandable chuck applied as the standard reel chuck.
7. Paper roll can be fed in/out from both left and right sides of the machine.
