Main units

Leading edge paper feeding unit 1. Wheel type leading edge feeder with vacuum absorption of fast feeding speed, high efficiency and stable system performance ensures smooth conveyance even the warp blanks at max 300sheets/min. 2. With high precise sheet conveyance, the suitable sheet thickness is 1.5—12mm; 3. Automatic side squaring unit is equipped for blanks neat;

Printing unit   The printer has the function of plate replacement without machine stop of the world advanced technology. When machine is running, printing plate mounting or change can be carried out in printer without machine stop to greatly improve the efficiency;

Slotting unit The clearance between paper pulling cylinders can be set on touch screen in electrical and digital modes; the creasing wheels are wrapped with PU covering to protect corrugated blanks;
