Structural Feature
1. This equipment is the unwinding equipment of the base paper in the corrugated board production line;
2. Operation of clamping, loosening, lifting, left and right translation of the original paper adopts hydraulic drive, double station design, which can replace the original paper roll without stopping;
3. Pneumatic braking is adopted, and the braking force can be adjusted according to the size of the paper roll at any time during the production process to maintain the standard strength. The brake mechanism adopts a multi-point disc structure, which has a sensitive action, uniform and stable output, long service life and easy replacement;
4. Inner-expansion top paper chuck is adopted to reduce the loss of base paper;
5. The cylinder is used to assist in pushing down the remaining base paper on the chuck
