1) Mitsubishi original imported double servo drive, accurate precision, mechanical transmission part reduced, can effectively reduce the failure rate of machinery.
2) Mitsubishi touch screen operation, the parameters(stitching distance, stitching number, stitching type,rear baffle) change easily and quickly.
3) The whole control system adopts Omron PLC control system.
4) The real electric baffle is driven by stepping motor, accurate size, more convenient and quick to change size.
5) The full contactor in the control box adopts Schneider brand.
6) Photoelectric and proximity switches are brand Omron.
7) Bottom die, blade made of Japanese tungsten steel(wear-resistand)
8) The whole group of nail head are all made of special steel, computer gongs precision processing.
9) Can nail single nail /double nail //strength the nail // / // both end are double nail, middle nail is single one time completion, can be suitable for different customers to nail different requirements.
