Die Cutting Machine Introduction 

1. The rollers are made of high-quality steel, plated with hard chrome, with high dynamic and static balance accuracy and stable operation.

2. The die roller and rubber roller are automatically separated by the cylinder eccentric device when the machine is not die-cutting, which reduces the load on the machine and improves the life of the rubber roller and die cutter.

3. Cooperate with the paper feeding system, with pneumatic automatic up-and-down device, the die roller rises when the paper is fed, and the die roller descends when the paper is stopped, to ensure that each sheet of paper is die-cut correctly.

4. Using mechanical transmission, the rubber roller moves 40mm left and right, equipped with a radial differential device, so that the rubber roller wears evenly and improves the service life of the rubber roller.

5. Die-cutting phase adopts microcomputer phase device and electric digital 360 degree adjustment
