Box Flexo Printing Machine Introduction

This machine can complete the multi-color printing, crimping, slotting, trimming and corner cutting of cardboard at one time. The equipment adopts the front edge adsorption paper feeding, the host computer and the fan frequency converter control the start and stop, and the touch screen adopts the PLC programming system of the industrial control parts, which realizes the human-machine interface to control the operation of all parts. The printing accuracy of this machine can be operated. The front of the main machine is equipped with paper output monitoring equipment, and the situation of the paper output department is observed at any time when starting and stopping to ensure the safety of the personnel who start the machine and adjust the machine. Paper feeding unit   1. The gears are normally meshed from beginning to end while the space between the print pressing and the paper catching is adjusted. 2. Pneumatic diaphragm pump ink supply system, the internal parts are with high hardness stainless steel material, will not be acid and alkali corrosion, diaphragm pump pad adopts seven layer combination, elastic better, longer service life
