Stitching Machine’s working principle :

The corrugated cardboard passed the paper feeding unit ,passed the folding and positioning unit ,then it was delivered to the stitching head , after rear baffle’s block,cardboard are in the correct place, then the stitching is done,this is the whole stitching process.

It has double servo-motors,which ensure the accuracy is high .It has the PLC control operation table,quick to switch orders,automatic counting in the paper feeding unit.It is easy and convenient to operate ,do not require the skilled-worker,which could efficiently cut down the labor intensity.

The core component is upper and lower stitching head ,which are made of Japan imported mold steel, warranty is up to 5 years.
