4. The sticky part adopts an electric peristaltic pump, which is easy to maintain. (Optional American VALCO glue spray system)
5. The continuous paper-beating device in the paper-making section makes the dovetail effective trimming.
6. The gluing part adopts vacuum suction and conveying, with precise crimping wheels to ensure high-precision gluing.
7. Counting and discharging part, high-speed counting and separation.

Main units

Leading edge paper feeding unit   ⑴ It can feed paper continuously or at intervals (with counter). ⑵ Sun provides the most advanced system, which can adjust the paper feeding stroke and reduce the pressure of the paper pulling roller.

Printing unit ⑴ The printing roller is made of high-quality steel, the surface is ground and hard chrome plated. ⑵ Balance correction, stable operation. ⑶ Plate hanging on the reel adopts locking devices on the left and right sides to make the plate hanging accurately aligned.

Slotting unit ⑴ The creasing shaft is made of solid steel, polished, and the surface is plated with hard chrome. ⑵ The first set of creasing roller, the cardboard after pre-press is not easy to be crushed.
