Main units

Leading edge paper feeding unit   ⑴ Four-axis front edge feeding, increase the fan flow, so that the high-speed and low-speed paper feeding is more accurate. (2) Manually adjust the paper feeding stroke to reduce the pressure of the paper-pulling rubber roller. (3) The frequency converter controls the vacuum air flow and pressure to match the cardboard size. ⑷ Positioning from the front reduces paper feeding errors and improves paper feeding and slotting accuracy. ⑸ Stable at high speed, reducing noise and mechanical vibration.

Printing unit   Ceramic anilox rollers (two sets) (1) The surface of the steel pipe is sprayed with ceramics and then ground, and the net pattern is engraved by laser. (2) The dots are consistent and the ink is evenly applied. (3) Extend the service life of printing plates and rubber rollers. ⑷ The anilox roller gap adopts a self-locking structure, and the control range is 0-12mm.

Slotting unit   ⑴ The slotting tool shaft is made of solid steel, ground and hard chrome plated. (2) The width of the slotting knife is 8mm. (3) Equipped with slotting knife movement. ⑷ Self-locking structure is adopted for the gap adjustment of slotting tool seat. ⑸ The power transmission of the pressure roller adopts cam bearing transmission, which reduces wear and makes the transmission more stable.
