1. What is your warranty period?
A: It’s 1 year or 1000 running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extend our warranty period.
2. Can you accept OEM?
A. Yes, we can accept OEM.
3. What’s your payment term?
A: We can accept T/T 30% in advance and the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment or LC at sight.
4. What’s your delivery time?
A: Our normal delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks. But if your order is some special engine and alternator, the delivery time will be longer.
